Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an organized childcare assistant to support classroom operations and learning centers. You will help design and set up activities based on curriculum and children's interests, provide constant supervision, and assist in implementing developmentally appropriate activities across learning domains.

Responsibilities include assisting with screening using Brigance tools, helping develop weekly lesson plans and individual IEP/ISFP aligned plans, and conducting weekly

Qualifications

• Minimum: 6 months of childcare experience.
• Able to assist with developmentally appropriate activities across learning domains.
• Support classroom setup and curriculum-based activities as directed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and setup of classroom activities and learning centers.
• Provide constant active supervision of children during all activities, indoors and outdoors.
• Conduct classroom activities in the absence of an assigned teacher.
• Assist with implementing IEP/ISFP-based lesson plans within two weeks of screening/assessment.
• Perform weekly anecdotal observations and CPI assessments for each child.
