Paycom - ATS is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to support the center manager in delivering a high-quality Head Start program for children. The role involves coordinating activities, guiding staff, and ensuring compliance with licensing and performance standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of classroom teaching experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Educational Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Administration, Business Administration, or Management required.
• Excellent mediation and communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities.
• Minimum three (3) years of classroom teaching experience; supervisory/management experience desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assist center manager and in his/her absence.
• Support teachers with integrating Head Start components in daily activities.
• Assist with training activities and staff development.
• Ensure staff comply with Head Start standards and licensing requirements.
• Help manage program supplies, equipment, and budget within limits.
• Prepare reports, enrollment and attendance records, CACAP data.
• Provide on-site consultation and classroom observations to staff.
