Job summary

Easterseals Hawaii seeks an Early Intervention Program Manager to oversee a Birth-to-Three developmental and coaching program. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage daily operations, budgeting, compliance, and reporting to funders and accreditation bodies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, supervisory experience, knowledge of IDEA/ADA, and strong communication skills; in-person presence 4–5 days weekly at the assigned location in Hawaii.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, special education, business or health related field from an accredited program or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred.
• One year of progressive experience working with children with disabilities.
• Minimum of three years’ experience with supervisory responsibilities. Prefer five years of progressive experience with at least one year in a leadership position.
• Experience working with children with developmental delays in the field of early intervention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages Early Intervention team and day to day operations at assigned program location and escalates issues and concerns as needed to Director.
• Supervises and participates in the Primary Service Provider Coaching model of early intervention service delivery with a multidisciplinary team of care coordinators, social workers, early interventionists and administrative team members.
• Completes observation checklists with team members quarterly and engages in reflective supervision meetings monthly with program team members.
• Attends weekly Family Support Team meetings (FSTs) and reviews Individualized Family Support Plans (IFSP) to ensure compliance.
• Collaborates with community resources to address program and participants’ needs.
