Job summary

Easterseals Hawaii (ESH) seeks a Program Manager for the Early Intervention program serving families with children birth to three with developmental delays or risks. You will lead day‑to‑day operations, supervise a multidisciplinary team, and ensure program compliance, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred.
• One year of experience working with children with disabilities.
• Three years of supervisory experience; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Early Intervention team and day‑to‑day operations at the assigned program location.
• Supervise and participate in coaching model with multidisciplinary team members.
• Oversee program budgeting, compliance, reporting and invoicing processes.
• Ensure documentation, audits, and quality assurance activities meet requirements.
