Easter Seals Hawaii is seeking an Early Intervention Program Manager to oversee all components of a developmental and educational program for families with children from birth to three years of age. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure policy compliance and timely reporting.

The role emphasizes budget planning, coordination of direct services, and ongoing collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality family-centered services in Hawaii.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, special education, business or health related field; Master’s preferred.
• One year of progressive experience with children with disabilities.
• Minimum of three years' supervisory responsibilities.
• Five years of progressive experience with at least one year in a leadership position preferred.
• Experience with early intervention for children with developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the Early Intervention program at the assigned location.
• Supervise the Primary Service Provider Coaching model with a multidisciplinary team.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and compliance with company and funder requirements.
• Collaborate with families, care coordinators, and community resources to meet needs.
• Ensure quality assurance, audits, and timely program reporting.
