Job summary

Easterseals Hawaii is seeking an experienced Early Intervention Program Manager to lead a birth-to-three coaching program and oversee daily operations. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team and ensure services, budgeting, and reporting align with funder and accreditation requirements.

In this Hawaii-based role, in-person work is required 4–5 days per week, with potential site travel. A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred, along with knowledge of ADA/IDEA and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, special education, business or health related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• One year of progressive experience working with children with disabilities.
• Three years of supervisory experience; leadership preferred.
• Knowledge of ADA and IDEA guidelines and inclusive practices.
• Experience with the Primary Service Provider Coaching model in early intervention.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ASL or bilingual ability preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality and privacy compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manages Early Intervention team and daily operations at the assigned location.
• Supervises the coaching model with a multidisciplinary team.
• Completes observation checklists and conducts monthly reflective supervision.
• Ensures IFSP compliance and attendance at Family Support Team meetings.
• Manages program budgeting and reporting.
