Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of general office clerk experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in front desk, admissions, billing, and/or collections.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly upon arrival.
• Register patients and verify demographics and insurance information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and explain benefits and payment responsibilities.
• Collect payments and process daily financial transactions.
• Answer calls promptly with compassionate support.
• Maintain privacy and comply with applicable regulations.
