Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Completion of medical terminology course or equivalent experience and education.

Responsabilidades

• Register and verify insurance and demographic information per guidelines.
• Verify insurance coverage, eligibility, group number, dates, and billing address.
• Inform patients of co-pays or self-pay policy and document in the patient account.
• Monitor patient balances and inform patients of outstanding amounts for arrangements.
• Research and address patient questions per guidelines and procedures.

Educación
