Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in front desk, admissions, billing, and/or collections.

Aufgaben

• Register new and returning patients, verifying demographic, insurance, and identification information.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and prior authorizations and explain coverage and financial responsibilities.
• Collect patient payments (copays, deductibles, coinsurance) and process daily transactions.
• Answer incoming calls and provide compassionate support while protecting patient privacy.
