Job summary

Wyoming Child and Family Development seeks a Paraeducator for its Early Head Start program in Casper, assisting the Lead Teacher with classroom setup and material preparation while providing individualized infant/toddler care.

You will work to meet IFSP/IEP goals, support development through targeted activities, and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment in compliance with Head Start standards and WCFD policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CDA credential within a specified time frame is required.
• WCFD will provide training and support for CDA and other required certifications.
• Must obtain any additional trainings required by Wyoming Child and Family Development, Inc.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teacher with materials prep and classroom setup.
• Provide infant/toddler care including diapering, feeding, and comfort.
• Deliver individualized activities to support development and problem-solving.
• Support IFSP/IEP goals with teachers, family support providers, and therapists.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the classroom and participate in trainings.
