Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED and minimum age of 18.
• Must obtain CDA credential within specified time; training provided by WCFD.
• Additional training or certifications may be required by Wyoming Child and Family Development, Inc.
• Only degrees from accredited institutions recognized by the US Department of Education.

Responsibilities

• Recruit children for the program per guidelines from DHHS and WCFD.
• Provide infant/toddler care based on child development knowledge.
• Deliver direct services to children, families, and staff in various settings.
• Communicate positively with staff, children, and families.
• Work with children with behavioral concerns or developmental needs.
• Assist in organizing group socialization activities for children and families.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Provide individualized educational activities to support exploration and problem solving.
• Support IFSP/IEP goals with teachers, family support providers, and therapists.
• Maintain clean, safe classroom spaces; assist with outdoor activities.
