Job summary

Riverside Community Care is hiring a Home Visiting Manager for the Early Head Start program. The role provides reflective and administrative supervision to Home Visitors, supports their professional growth, and ensures fidelity to the Head Start model and standards.

The role collaborates with the leadership team to strengthen day-to-day operations and drive continuous quality improvement through data-informed planning, assessment, reporting, and evaluation to improve program outcomes and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
3-5 years' experience in supervision preferred.
Head Start, Early Education, Home Visiting, Counseling, Adult Education, Community Organizing or related field preferred.
Early Head Start/Head Start experience is a plus.
Experience with immigrant populations preferred.
Experience with adult learners preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide reflective and administrative supervision to Home Visitors (HV).
Support HVs' professional growth and high-quality service delivery.
Ensure fidelity to the home-based program model and Head Start Performance Standards.
Collaborate with program leadership to support day-to-day operations.
Advance continuous quality improvement through data-informed planning, assessment, reporting, evaluation, and decision-making.
