Riverside Community Care is seeking an Early Head Start Home Visitor to support families with infants and toddlers through in-home and on-site education. The role emphasizes building relationships with low-income and immigrant families and coordinating with community resources.
You will manage a caseload of up to 12 families, using data systems to track services and outcomes, and work schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional evenings and weekends. Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Riverside Community Care Love what you do! Early Head Start Home Visitor Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Home Visitor! The Early Head Start Home Visitor works one-on-one with low-income families from diverse ethnic backgrounds to provide in-home and some on-site educational services to support families with infants or toddlers, or pregnant women. The Early Head Start Home Visitor through weekly home visits and socialization groups(“baby and me” parent group) partners with pregnant women and families with children birth to three years of age to enhance their healthy growth and development. We assist families in receiving comprehensive services in the areas of health, nutrition, early childhood and parenting education, social services, nutritional services and problem-solving support so families can meet personal goals for them and their children.
Full-Time Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. with occasional evenings and weekends.
For candidates that meet the CDA (Child Development Credential) or Equivalent Coursework in Home Visiting or Infants and Toddlers Requirement, the pay rate structure is as follows:
For candidates without the required CDA (Child Development Credential) or Equivalent Coursework in Home Visiting or Infants and Toddlers, but meeting experience and language preferences will be hired as a Program Support Specialist*. The Program Support Specialist pay rate structure is as follows:
