Job summary

Riverside Community Care is seeking an Early Head Start Home Visitor to support families with infants and toddlers through in-home and on-site education. The role emphasizes building relationships with low-income and immigrant families and coordinating with community resources.

You will manage a caseload of up to 12 families, using data systems to track services and outcomes, and work schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional evenings and weekends. Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home educational and social services to families with infants and toddlers.
• Support pregnant women and families with children birth to three.
• Maintain a caseload and track services using data systems.
• Bilingual skills preferred (English/Portuguese).
• Background checks and driving requirement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home visits and on-site education to support child development.
• Coordinate with partners for health, nutrition, and parenting education.
• Maintain records and referrals for family needs.
• Schedule includes occasional evenings/weekends.
