Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation seeks a Field Coach to support Quality First early childhood programs across Arizona. The role involves coaching staff, reviewing assessments, and developing a Quality Improvement Plan to enhance care and education.

You will implement training sessions, provide resources, and model best practices in adult learning. Extensive travel to childcare sites may be required, with emphasis on collaboration and culturally responsive support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent with 18 college credits in ECE or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a regulated early childhood setting with children birth through 8 years old.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orient and enroll childcare staff to the Quality First program.
• Review assessment findings with program staff and discuss results.
• Develop a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) with program administrators and staff.
• Support implementation of the QIP through coaching, training, and technical assistance.
• Plan and deliver trainings on topics relevant to program needs using adult learning theory.
