Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation seeks a Quality First Coach to provide coaching services to early childhood programs enrolled in Quality First. You will collaborate with program administrators and childcare staff to review assessments, develop QIPs, and implement targeted training and support to improve the quality of care and education across assigned sites.

The role emphasizes adult learning-based training, regular coaching visits, and teamwork with other technical assistance providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field with 5 years of experience in regulated early childhood setting.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orients and enrolls childcare staff to the Quality First program.
• Reviews assessment findings with program staff and discusses results.
• Develops and monitors Quality Improvement Plans (QIP).
• Delivers training and technical assistance using adult learning principles.
• Prepares reports and supports collaboration with other providers.
