Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation in Arizona seeks a Quality First Coach to support early childhood programs enrolled in Quality First. You will coach, train, and collaborate to improve care and education across centers and home settings.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field with 5 years of experience in regulated settings; bilingual Spanish preferred. Travel to sites is required, with comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with 5 years experience in a regulated early childhood setting.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age; AZ driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain AZ DPS Level 1 fingerprint clearance card and CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Orients and enrolls childcare staff to the Quality First program.
• Reviews assessment findings with program staff and discusses results.
• Develops Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) with program administrators.
• Implements QIP through coaching visits, training, resources, and reflective conversations.
• Plans and delivers trainings on topics relevant to program needs.
• Generates reports per guidelines and timelines.
