Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation seeks a full-time Quality First Coach to support early childhood programs enrolled in Quality First. You will coach, train, and help develop a Quality Improvement Plan to raise care and education quality across assigned sites as you travel through Pinal County.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in ECE or related field with experience in regulated settings; bilingual Spanish preferred. Strong communication and collaboration are essential for success in this field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with 5 years of experience in regulated settings.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Orients and enrolls childcare staff to the Quality First program.
• Reviews assessment findings with staff and supports quality improvement.
• Develops and implements a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) with regular coaching visits.
• Plans and delivers training and technical assistance using adult learning principles.
• Submits accurate program reports and supports collaboration with other providers.
