Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a degree with at least 18 ECE credits.
• - 5 years of experience in a regulated early childhood setting with children birth through 8 years.
• - Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orients and enrolls childcare staff to the Quality First program.
• Meets with program staff to review assessment findings and discuss results.
• Collaborates to develop a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
• Supports QIP implementation via coaching visits, training, and resources.
• Plans and conducts trainings and technical assistance on adult learning topics.
• Submits reports per guidelines and timelines.
• Engages with other providers to support service delivery.
