Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation is seeking a field-based Quality First Coach to support early childhood programs enrolled in Quality First. You will work with program staff to review assessments, develop a Quality Improvement Plan, and provide coaching visits, training, and resources to raise the quality of care and education.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in ECE (or related with 18 credits) and 5 years in regulated settings; travel across Pinal County is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related with 18 credits in ECE/Child Development or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a regulated early childhood setting with children birth through 8 years.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orient and enroll staff to the Quality First program.
• Review assessment findings with program staff and discuss results.
• Develop and implement a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
• Coaching visits, training, modeling, and providing resources to support QIP goals.
• Plan and deliver training on topics using adult learning principles.
