Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation is seeking a full-time Quality First Coach to support early childhood programs through coaching, training, and collaborative planning. You will enroll centers, review assessments, and help develop and implement Quality Improvement Plans across Pinal County.

The role emphasizes training, resources, and partnership with program staff, with adherence to standards and ongoing professional development. Bilingual Spanish preferred; travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ECE or related with 18 college credits in ECE or related field.
• 5 years of experience in a regulated early childhood setting (birth to 8 years).
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Must be able to travel throughout Pinal County and meet driving requirements.
• Ability to obtain DPS fingerprint clearance and CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Orient and enroll childcare center, group home, and family staff to Quality First.
• Review assessment findings with program staff and discuss results.
• Develop Quality Improvement Plans with program administrators and staff.
• Implement QIP via coaching visits, training, and resources.
• Plan and deliver trainings using adult learning principles.
• Collaborate to submit requests for incentive purchases supporting QIP goals.
• Submit accurate reports per guidelines and timelines.
• Engage with other providers to support service delivery.
