Job summary

The Paycom - ATS Lewisburg center is seeking a dedicated classroom aide to support early childhood education programs. Under the Center Supervisor, you will assist with classroom activities, meal service, documentation, and family engagement while promoting a safe, inclusive environment for all children.

You will help implement the Creative Curriculum and Head Start standards, follow licensing rules, and participate in team activities to support children's development and learning every day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Child Development Accreditation (CDA) preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Satisfactory physical examination and background check as required.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Creative Curriculum and Head Start outcomes in a developmentally appropriate classroom.
• Support lesson plans for individuals and groups, including IEP/IFSP goals.
• Follow daily schedule of child-initiated and teacher-directed activities.
• Adhere to licensing rules, Head Start standards and policies.
• Assist family-style meals and mealtime supervision.
• Help secure in-kind donations and community support.
• Maintain health checks and classroom sanitation.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and staff.
