Paycom - ATS in Le Mars, IA is seeking an entry-level Classroom Educator to support daily classroom operations under the Director of Child Development Centers. The role involves desk tasks, classroom assistance, and engaging with families.

The position requires adherence to program guidelines, data entry for assessments, attendance tracking, and collaborative work with teachers and families. Some duties may vary and additional tasks may be assigned.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Criminal Background and Abuse checks are required, plus an up-to-date physical, including a TB test.
• Fingerprint background check is required for all Child Development Programs.
• Maintain current CPR and First Aid Certifications.
• A valid driver’s license and driving record must qualify for agency automobile coverage.

Responsabilités

• Follows Adult and Child Food Program guidelines and accreditation standards.
• Enters data for the online Gold Assessment for classrooms.
• Keeps attendance for the classroom and clocks children in and out.
• Assists in the classrooms, as needed.
• Engages the children daily to build relationships and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Facilitate relationship building with children, teachers and families.
• Other duties as assigned.
