The Learning Experience in Mesa, AZ is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to help create a caring, engaging classroom for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. You will work with lead teachers to implement the LEAP curriculum and support daily activities.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a passion for early childhood education, and strong teamwork and communication skills to partner with families and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with ECE coursework preferred.
• Passion for early childhood development and safety.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teachers to create a stimulating, welcoming space for children.
• Support curriculum implementation across infant, toddler, and preschool ages.
• Maintain safety and a nurturing environment for all children.
• Communicate with families about progress and milestones via apps and in person.
• Collaborate with center staff to drive retention, enrollment and engagement.
• Build warm relationships with families and colleagues.
