The Learning Experience in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Lead Teacher to help set the academic foundation for lifelong learning and to inspire joy and curiosity in young minds.

You will lead classroom activities, implement our proprietary LEAP Curriculum®, and partner with families to support each child’s development and well‑being. Training and advancement opportunities are provided as part of our commitment to professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must meet state guidelines for the role.
• High school diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Experience leading a childcare classroom is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and collaborate to create a stimulating, welcoming space for children to learn and grow.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum®, adapting to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and ensure daily care needs are met.
• Communicate regularly with families about progress and milestones.
