Job summary

The Learning Experience in Mesa, AZ is hiring a Lead Teacher to establish the academic foundation for lifelong learning and to inspire joy, curiosity, and confidence in young minds. You will lead classroom activities, mentor peers, and collaborate with families to support development.

As a Lead Teacher, you will implement our LEAP curriculum, ensure safety, communicate with families, and work with center staff to boost retention and enrollment while maintaining a nurturing, engaging learning

Qualifications

Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
State compliance and health/safety training required.

Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and collaborate to create a stimulating space for children to play, learn, and grow.
Implement our proprietary curriculum and adapt for infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers.
Prioritize safety and a nurturing environment for all children.
Regularly communicate with families about progress and milestones.
Collaborate with center staff to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement.
Build warm relationships with families and colleagues to support learning through play.
