Job summary

The Learning Experience Corp - Eastmark, AZ is seeking Lead Teachers to join our Academy of Early Education. You will set the academic foundation for lifelong learning while fostering joy, curiosity, and confidence in young minds.

Lead Teachers act as ambassadors of happiness, guiding classrooms, implementing our L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, and partnering with families to support infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
High School Diploma/GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
Extended experience in a childcare setting with classroom leadership roles.
Must meet state and federal immunization, health and safety training requirements.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and collaborate to create a stimulating, welcoming space for children.
Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® for Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool.
Prioritize safety with a nurturing environment.
Update families on progress using apps and in person.
Collaborate with center staff to drive retention and enrollment.
Foster warm relationships with families and colleagues.
