The Learning Experience Corp - Oklahoma City, OK invites energetic individuals to join as Assistant Teachers. You will support classrooms, implement the LEAP curriculum, and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment across infant, toddler, and preschool groups.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED; ECE coursework is a plus. You will collaborate with teachers and families to promote child development and positive learning experiences in a center setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ECE coursework is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in childcare is preferred.
• Must meet state guidelines and health/safety training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teachers to create a welcoming, safe classroom.
• Support implementation of the LEAP curriculum for infants to preschoolers.
• Maintain safe environment and supervise children effectively.
• Communicate progress with families via apps and in person.
• Collaborate with center staff to support enrollment and retention goals.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with families and colleagues.
