You’ll be paired with mentors, gain hands-on experience, and interact with customers while learning about Fire protection equipment, services, and building solutions. You’ll develop technical knowledge, business acumen, and relationship-building skills through classroom training and real-world opportunities across a nationwide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or related field with anticipated graduation date December 2026.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' Fire equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
