Job summary

CRH Americas Materials seeks an Early Career & Talent Programs Specialist to coordinate mentoring, internships and management trainee activities across the business. This role supports New Hire Mentoring, Operations Management Trainee, and Internship programs with scheduling, progress tracking, and training completion, plus reporting for Learning & Development.

• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Experience in program coordination, administration or L&D is preferred.
• Willingness to learn internal systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mentoring, management trainee, and internship activities including schedules and progress tracking.
• Support training completion, onboarding, and exposure to relevant departments.
• Prepare reports and communications for HR, Operations, and leadership.
