Job summary
CRH's Americas Materials seeks an Early Career & Talent Programs Specialist to coordinate mentoring, trainee and internship activities, and program records. You will support new hire mentoring, operations trainee rotations, and internship onboarding while liaising with HR, Safety, and department leaders to drive program success.
You will help identify university partners, manage progress tracking, and prepare reports for leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in program coordination, HR, learning and development, or operations support is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate mentoring, management trainee, and internship program activities, including schedules, assignments, participant tracking, and follow-up.
- Partner with HR, Operations, Safety, and leaders to support training completion and participant success.
- Maintain program records, reports, communications, and related documentation.
- Support relationships with educational and workforce partners to strengthen early-career talent pipelines.
- Provide coordination and administrative support for talent meetings, initiatives, projects, and events.
