Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking an Early Career & Talent Programs Specialist to coordinate mentoring, management trainee, and internship programs across the business. You will partner with HR, Operations, Safety and department leaders to ensure training completion, meaningful exposure, and dev­elopment for interns, trainees, and new hires.

Based in TN with regional travel, you will manage records, reporting, and communications for these programs while supporting Learning & Development

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in program coordination, HR, learning & development, or operations support preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills required; willingness to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mentoring, management trainee, and internship program activities, including schedules, assignments, participant tracking, and follow-up.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Safety, and department leaders to support training completion, program engagement, and participant success.
• Maintain program records, reports, communications, and related documentation to support effective administration and decision-making.
• Support relationships with educational and workforce partners to strengthen early-career talent pipelines.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for talent meetings, initiatives, projects, and events.
