Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking an Early Career & Talent Programs Specialist to coordinate mentoring, trainee programs, and internships across the business. You will track progress, support training completion, and ensure meaningful exposure and development for participants.

Responsibilities include coordinating rotations, partnerships with schools, and reporting on program outcomes, while supporting Learning & Development initiatives throughout the year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Education, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, follow‑up, and relationship‑building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mentoring, management trainee, and internship program activities.
• Support training completion and participant engagement across programs.
• Maintain program records, rosters, and training data.
• Collaborate with educational and workforce partners to strengthen talent pipelines.
• Prepare reports and communications for HR, operations, and leadership.
