Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking an Early Career & Talent Programs Specialist to coordinate mentoring, trainee, and internship programs across the business. You will track progress, support training completion, and help ensure meaningful exposure and development for participants.

You will work with education partners and corporate teams, preparing reports and coordinating events while traveling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred in HR/Business/Org Dev/Communications.
• Experience in program coordination, HR, learning and development, or operations support preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational, communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mentoring, management trainee, and internship program activities, including schedules and tracking.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Safety, and department leaders to support training completion and engagement.
• Maintain program records, reports, communications, and related documentation for decision-making.
