Job summary

CRH Americas Materials Inc. is seeking an Early Career & Talent Programs Specialist to coordinate mentoring, internship, and trainee programs across the business.

You will manage onboarding, tracking, training completion, and exposure to development opportunities for hourly employees and interns. This role supports Learning & Development, partners with HR and operations, and helps build a sustainable talent pipeline through university and workforce partnerships.

Qualifications

• Education in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating programs, HR, or learning and development preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills; ability to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mentoring, management trainee, and internship activities and tracking.
• Support onboarding, training completion, and progress reporting.
• Maintain program records and contribute to development initiatives.
