CRH Americas Materials is seeking an Early Career & Talent Programs Specialist to coordinate mentoring, trainee and internship activities across the business. You will support New Hire Mentoring, Operations Management Trainee, and Internship programs, tracking progress and ensuring meaningful exposure and development for participants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in program coordination, HR, learning and development, or operations support preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational, communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills required; willingness to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mentoring, management trainee, and internship program activities, including schedules and tracking.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Safety, and leaders to support training completion and participant success.
• Maintain program records, reports, communications, and related documentation.
• Support relationships with educational and workforce partners to strengthen pipelines.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for talent meetings and events.
• Prepare reports and presentations communicating progress and actions to HR and leadership.
