Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking an Early Career & Talent Programs Specialist to coordinate mentoring, internship, and trainee programs, tracking progress and ensuring meaningful exposure and development throughout the experience. You will support learning and development initiatives, partner with HR and operations, and help build a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in program coordination, HR, learning and development, recruiting, or operations support preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mentoring, management trainee, and internship program activities, including schedules and progress tracking.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Safety, and department leaders to support training completion and participant success.
• Maintain program records, reports, and related documentation for effective administration.
• Support relationships with educational and workforce partners to strengthen early-career talent pipelines.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for talent meetings, initiatives, and events.
