Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to join the Manufacturing Team at Arsenal-1. You will develop 3D simulation models of manufacturing processes and drive data-driven improvements to scale production for defense hardware.

You’ll own production line design, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to deliver on-time, within quality standards, and with lean manufacturing principles.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Experience with simulation software or programming.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Model and simulate manufacturing processes in a 3D virtual factory.
• Plan shop floor, warehouse, factory & supply chain execution schedules.
• Maintain a current status digital reference model for future transformations.
• Own the design of new production lines and workstation layouts.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive resolution across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality.
• Translate metrics and KPIs into actionable improvements.
• Create capacity plans and staffing allocations for manufacturing work.
• Collaborate on end-to-end improvements for next‑gen defense products.
• Engage across execution and strategic domains.
