Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a highly capable Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes and production lines for fast-paced defense hardware. You will own metrics, design layouts, and collaborate across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure quality, throughput, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in a relevant engineering field.
• U.S. Person for access to export-controlled information or facilities; U.S. clearance eligibility may be required.
• Able to start full time in 2027.

Responsibilities

• Own production line health metrics and KPIs.
• Develop tools and reports communicating manufacturing health.
• Design new production lines and layouts using data-driven methods.
• Identify bottlenecks and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Provide inputs to Engineering, Supply Chain, and Growth for decisions.
