Qualifications

• 8+ years in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Experience with DES software or programming languages and data skills.
• Ability to read technical facility drawings and procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Eligible for U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Capture current processes into a 3D simulation-based virtual factory to serve as knowledge base.
• Create feasible plans and schedules for shop floor, warehouse, and supply chain execution.
• Maintain a data-driven virtual factory to inform future performance and transformations.
• Design new production lines and workstation layouts using data-driven methods.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Translate KPIs into action and monitor line health metrics.
