Job summary

Air Products’ Career Development Rotational Program (CDP) invites recent graduates in chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering to join a three-year, three-rotation track with 12-month assignments. You will work with experienced engineers, gain exposure to process engineering, plant operations, and startup projects, and be mentored to grow professionally.

Locations include Allentown, PA, with at least one field assignment and relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Strong academic performance; minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Relevant work experience (co-ops or internships) is a plus.
• Involvement in campus activities and demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 12-month rotations across engineering disciplines.
• Exposure to process engineering, plant operations, and startup projects.
• Receive mentorship to develop professional and technical skills.
