Siemens Energy, Inc. is launching an 18-month Engineering Career Acceleration Program (ECAP) with rotations across Raleigh, NC, Richland, MS and other US sites. The program offers four tracks and formal learnings to build expertise in the transmission industry and grid technology.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in electrical or related engineering and show a strong interest in energy transformation, with readiness to relocate and travel for rotations.

Qualifications

• By June 2027, you will have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (preferred) or a closely related field.
• You demonstrate a genuine interest in the electric grid and its ongoing transformation.
• You are interested in developing your skills in power grid-focused engineering, project management, business development, and field service topics.
• You are a curious, self-driven leader with sharp organizational skills and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three rotational assignments in Raleigh, NC, and Richland, MS, and sites across the US.
• Apply fundamental engineering concepts, practices, and procedures to complete assignments and learn the business.
• Gain product knowledge and understand the transmission industry and current customer landscape.
• Build a powerful professional network and accelerate personal growth.
