Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI) offers a Sales Rotation Program designed to build technical and professional skills through hands-on experience and mentorship across multiple business groups.

Participants complete an 18‑month program in multiple U.S. locations, gaining exposure to field applications, central applications, and field sales, then transition into a Field Applications Engineer role supporting diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Basic understanding of schematics, PCB layouts and components.
• Knowledge of analog, mixed-signal or digital circuit fundamentals.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Willingness to relocate to a field location after the program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an 18-month rotational program across multiple groups.
• Receive hands-on technical training and mentorship.
• Develop relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Move into Field Applications Engineer roles supporting various markets.
