Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a US-based EAE Success Manager to drive adoption of EcoStruxureAutomation Expert projects, coordinating local and global teams to ensure successful delivery and customer outcomes.

You'll manage opportunities, track risks, and lead governance activities, while maintaining accurate data and promoting best practices across the portfolio. Fluent English and experience in industrial automation are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong project governance, stakeholder management, risk management, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to analyze technical and business information, maintain strategic oversight, and communicate clear priorities and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Track opportunities and projects, including engagement level, milestones, deliverables, risks, and follow-ups.
• Adapt oversight based on project complexity, criticality, and business impact.
• Coordinate local and global resources (business teams, R&D, technical experts, delivery stakeholders).
• Lead opportunity and project reviews with governance bodies and document decisions and actions.
• Maintain accurate data in internal systems and produce dashboards and reports.
