Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an Application Design Engineer – Customer Project Support to act as a hands-on technical expert. You will help customers, System Integrators, and project teams deliver EcoStruxure Automation Expert (EAE) projects, reducing risk and accelerating deployment.

You will collaborate across architecture definition, validation, and implementation support, while building reusable assets and sharing best practices across global teams.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in industrial automation, application engineering, or system integration.
• Experience supporting customer projects through design, commissioning, and startup.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting in automation environments.

Responsibilities

• Support customer project execution throughout the EAE lifecycle.
• Assist with design, architecture decisions, and deployment strategies.
• Help customers adopt EAE best practices and avoid pitfalls.
• Participate in technical reviews for project readiness and success.
• Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, startup, and deployment phases.
