Schneider Electric is seeking a US-based EAE Success Manager to drive adoption of EcoStruxureAutomation Expert projects, coordinating local and global teams to ensure successful delivery and customer outcomes.
You'll manage opportunities, track risks, and lead governance activities, while maintaining accurate data and promoting best practices across the portfolio. Fluent English and experience in industrial automation are essential.
The EAE Success Manager ensures the successful execution and adoption of EcoStruxureAutomation Expert opportunities and customer projects within the United States. The role provides end-to-end visibility across the local portfolio, coordinates the right level of engagement, and connects local teams with global Success Management and technical experts.
The person monitors opportunity and project health, leads EAE governance activities, anticipates risks and support needs, and drives stakeholder alignment from early qualification through delivery and customer follow-up. The role also maintains accurate project data, supports capacity planning, captures customer feedback, and promotes consistent use of EAE standards and best practices.
By combining project governance, stakeholder management, technical understanding, and customer focus, the Success Manager helps improve delivery outcomes, strengthen product adoption, and turn project experience into actionable insights for continuous improvement.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
