Qualifications

• 3–8 years in industrial automation or related fields.
• Experience supporting customer projects from design through startup.
• Experience troubleshooting in industrial environments.
• Experience with EcoStruxure Automation Expert or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and project teams throughout the EAE project lifecycle.
• Assist with architecture decisions, implementation approaches, and deployment strategies.
• Help customers adopt EAE best practices and avoid pitfalls.
• Conduct architecture reviews and coordinate with R&D and product teams.
• Develop reusable assets and technical documentation.
