Schneider Electric is seeking a customer-focused Solution Architect for the EcoStruxure IT team in North America. This pre-sales role blends technical expertise with commercial insight to shape solutions and accelerate software growth.

You will work with customers, sales overlays, Professional Services, and partners to translate insights into practical deployments and measurable value, ensuring smooth handover to implementation teams and expanding the ecosystem across North America.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, solution architecture, sales engineering, or technical consulting.
• Ability to translate business challenges and technical requirements into clear solution designs and value propositions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams to qualify opportunities and shape solution strategy.
• Engage customers through discovery to understand goals, challenges, and requirements.
• Design end-to-end EcoStruxure IT solutions delivering measurable value.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and POCs.
• Support RFP responses and solution positioning.
• Act as trusted advisor on digital infrastructure, DCIM, monitoring, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with Professional Services to validate scope and deployment requirements.
• Ensure clear handover from pre-sales to Professional Services with documented outcomes.
• Support partner enablement and grow EcoStruxure IT ecosystem in North America.
