Job summary

EAE USA is seeking an experienced technical solution engineer to support customers, system integrators, contractors, and field teams on electrical and data center projects. This role connects customer needs with the internal team to ensure projects move smoothly from design review through installation and commissioning.

This position requires traveling 50–70% across North America, engaging with site engineers, contractors, and end users, and providing guidance on electrical distribution,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Application Engineering, Field Service Engineering, data center technical support, or similar customer-facing technical role
• Ability to travel approximately 50% throughout North America
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills
• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, specifications, and installation documents
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel independently

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers, system integrators, contractors, consultants, and end users
• Visit customer offices, and project sites to review requirements, answer technical questions, and support installation readiness
• Act as a key technical contact during project execution, commissioning, troubleshooting, and field validation
• Prepare clear site visit notes, technical summaries, and corrective action recommendations
