Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 3+ years in underwriting or market-facing area, or 6+ years in claims or underwriting support.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and relevant experience in underwriting or market facing area.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and 4+ years in claims or underwriting support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer industry advocate to improve experience and provide end-to-end insurance solutions.
• Use structured exposure evaluation, risk assessment and pricing.
• Leverage risk insights, data and models to inform decisions at point of sale.
• Participate in market-facing production within the E&S Standard Property group.
• Administer underwriting rules, guidelines, laws and rating manual rules.
• Handle highly complex assignments within broad limits and authorities.
